Due to the nature of our products, all digital downloads (including ebooks and other downloadable content) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been delivered or accessed. Please make sure you review the product description carefully before completing your purchase. For physical items such as clothing, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or normal wear and tear. Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
